ChronoMetrics Desktop does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app runs entirely on your Mac and does not communicate with any external servers.
System Metrics
ChronoMetrics Desktop reads CPU load, memory usage, network throughput, and thermal state using public macOS APIs. These values are used solely to animate the on-screen clock complications and are never recorded or sent anywhere.
Network Access
The app requests the network client entitlement only to communicate with the optional Sensor Helper over localhost. The Sensor Helper reads hardware sensor data (CPU temperature, GPU utilization) and passes it to ChronoMetrics Desktop locally. No data leaves your machine.
Analytics & Tracking
ChronoMetrics Desktop contains no analytics frameworks, no tracking pixels, no telemetry, and no crash reporting. There are no third-party SDKs. There are no accounts, no sign-ins, and no cloud features.
